Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the dk365 platform — including the website at dk365.im, any associated mobile interface, or any game or service offered through the platform — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and dk365. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the dk365 platform and close your account if you have one.
Registering an account on dk365, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any bet all constitute acceptance of these Terms. You do not need to sign a document — your use of the platform is itself your acceptance.

Eligibility and Registration
To create an account on dk365 and access real-money gaming, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. DK365 does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
- You must be registering on your own behalf, for personal use only. Corporate or agency accounts are not permitted.

DK365 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide verification documents when requested will result in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed.
Important: Each person may hold only one dk365 account. If multiple accounts are detected for the same person, all accounts will be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited.
DK365 does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing dk365 complies with the laws applicable in your location.
Account Responsibilities
Your dk365 account is personal to you. You are entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you personally authorised it. This means you are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure and not sharing them with anyone else.
- All bets placed, games played, and transactions made from your account.
- Ensuring your contact information remains accurate and up to date.

You must not allow another person to use your dk365 account, even a family member or friend. Shared account usage will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension. If you want someone else to play on dk365, they must register their own account.
Plain English: Your account is yours alone. Keep your password safe, keep your details accurate, and don't let anyone else use it. DK365 will never ask for your password.
Deposits and Payments
DK365 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods:
- Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfer
- JazzCash — mobile wallet transfer
- NayaPay — digital wallet
- SadaPay — digital wallet
- Bank transfer (IBFT) — interbank funds transfer
- Visa / Mastercard — debit or credit card
The minimum deposit on dk365 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may apply to large deposits as part of our fraud prevention and compliance processes.

All funds deposited on dk365 are held in a segregated account separate from operating funds. Your deposited PKR is protected and available for withdrawal subject to these Terms.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals on dk365 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method on your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
DK365 processes withdrawal requests as follows:
- Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically under 60 seconds from approval to wallet credit, available 24/7.
- IBFT bank transfer: Within 2–4 hours during standard banking hours. May take up to 1 business day during weekends or public holidays.
- Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing time.
Before your first withdrawal, dk365 may require identity verification. This is a one-time process — once verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed without additional documentation unless a change in your account details triggers a re-verification requirement.
DK365 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard withdrawal amounts. Expedited withdrawal requests above Rs 500,000 may be subject to manual review, which is completed within 24 hours in all normal circumstances.
Plain English: Withdrawals go to your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet in under a minute once approved. First withdrawal may need ID verification — one time only. No fees for standard withdrawals.
DK365 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests as part of compliance obligations. This is not a penalty — it is a standard financial compliance process that protects all players.
Bonuses and Promotions
DK365 offers a range of promotions to players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the individual promotion page in addition to these general Terms.
The following general bonus rules apply across all dk365 promotions:
- Each promotion is available once per player unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the stated wagering requirement.
- Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds only. Your original deposit is always available for withdrawal regardless of your bonus status.
- Bonuses expire 30 days after crediting unless a different expiry is stated on the promotion. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited.
- DK365 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
- Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through multiple accounts, collusion, or placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
Abuse policy: DK365 monitors for bonus abuse using automated and manual review. Players found to be systematically exploiting promotions will have their bonus privileges removed and may face account closure.
The wagering contribution of different game types toward clearing bonus wagering requirements is as follows: Jackpot Slots 100%, Other Slots 100%, Live Dealer / Baccarat 20%, Card Games 20%, Sports Betting 10%. These rates may differ for specific promotions as stated in their individual terms.
Game Rules and Fairness
All games on dk365 operate according to their published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By playing any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules for that game.
DK365 uses the following mechanisms to ensure fair outcomes:
- Slot games and RNG-based games: All outcomes are determined by an independently certified Random Number Generator. This certification is renewed periodically by third-party testing laboratories.
- Live dealer games (Baccarat, Card Games): Outcomes are determined by physical cards dealt by professional dealers in front of cameras. Results are logged in real time.
- Sports betting: Results are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event as reported by the official governing body or widely recognised result provider.
If you believe a game result is incorrect or that a technical error affected your game, you must raise a dispute with dk365 support within 30 days of the session date. Disputes raised outside this window cannot be investigated due to the finite retention of game log data.
Plain English: Games are fair and independently verified. If you think something went wrong in a session, contact support within 30 days and dk365 will investigate using the session logs.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on dk365. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account on dk365 under any name, identity or payment method.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Using dk365 for any money laundering, fraud or other financial crime.
- Using any automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with dk365 games or systems.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
- Exploiting any technical error, bug or vulnerability in dk365's systems. Any such exploit must be reported to support immediately. Players who exploit rather than report bugs forfeit any gains made.
- Charging back deposits through your bank or payment provider as a method of obtaining funds without playing.
- Using a payment method that does not belong to you.
- Accessing dk365 using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
DK365 monitors accounts for prohibited conduct using automated tools and manual review. If your account is suspended due to suspected prohibited conduct, you will be informed of the reason and given an opportunity to respond before a final decision is made in most circumstances.
Account Suspension and Closure
DK365 may suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
- At your own request, including under a self-exclusion arrangement.
- Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (inactive account policy applies).
- Legal or regulatory requirement.
If your account is closed for any reason other than a breach of these Terms, your real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days.
If your account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, dk365 reserves the right to retain any balance as compensation for losses caused by the breach, subject to applicable law.
You may also choose to close your dk365 account at any time. Contact support via live chat or email with your closure request. Your account will be closed within 24 hours and your available balance returned promptly.
Responsible Gaming
DK365 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or harm. The following tools are available to all dk365 players at any time from their account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
